tensoiona provides the following AI integration services:
3.1 AI Capability Building
Training programs designed to develop AI understanding and skills within client organizations. Programs are customized based on participant background and organizational objectives.
3.2 Time Series Forecasting
Development and implementation of predictive models for business forecasting applications. Services include data analysis, model development, testing, deployment, and initial performance monitoring.
3.3 AI Production Operations
Ongoing operational support for deployed AI systems including monitoring, maintenance, optimization, and incident response.
Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to affected clients.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Acceptable Use
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations

Service pricing is provided in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and specified in project proposals or service agreements. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees related to services.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as agreed in service contracts. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the service type and circumstances:
- Training programs: Cancellations made 7 days before scheduled start may receive partial refund
- Project-based services: Refunds determined based on work completed
- Monthly services: No refund for current month, cancellation applies to subsequent months
7. Service Level and Performance
We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. AI system performance depends on multiple factors including data quality, business environment, and implementation approach.
Service level commitments are specified in individual service agreements. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines and deliverables.
Our Production Operations service includes monitoring and support commitments as detailed in service agreements.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 Service Warranty
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, cost savings, or other outcomes. AI system performance varies based on data quality, business conditions, and implementation factors.
8.3 Professional Advice
While we provide technical expertise, our services do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. Clients should consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, tensoiona's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption or downtime
- Damages resulting from client's use or misuse of services
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tensoiona, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services according to terms specified in service agreements. Notice requirements and any applicable fees are outlined in individual contracts.
11.2 Termination by tensoiona
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- Terms and Conditions are violated
- Client conduct threatens our operations or reputation
- Required by law or regulatory authority
11.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, we will provide reasonable transition assistance as specified in service agreements. Client data will be returned or securely destroyed according to data retention policies.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12.2 Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution through good-faith negotiation. Either party may request a meeting to discuss and resolve disputes.
12.3 Mediation
If informal resolution fails, parties may agree to mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and tensoiona regarding our services.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
